This module will equip learners with the practical skills, knowledge, and competence to create finished garments from design concepts. The module will cover the entire production process, from interpreting a pattern to final finishing techniques

Learners will be able to:

Construct Garments: Assemble clothing items like blouses, skirts, trousers, and dresses from start to finish.
Use Tools & Machinery: Safely operate industrial and domestic sewing machines and pressing equipment.
Apply Sewing Techniques: Execute various stitching methods, including seam finishes, darts, gathers, pleats, and zips.
Interpret Patterns: Use, adjust, and lay pattern pieces for cutting.
Garment Finishing: Apply finishing touches such as linings, facings, fasteners, and hem finishes to achieve a professional standard
